Mikuni Opens in Davis
March 16, 2009, Davis, CA - Mikuni is pleased to announce the opening of our eighth location in the Davis Commons, 500 1ST Street, Suite 11. For the residents of Davis, Mikuni sushi creations will soon be available closer to home. The new restaurant features a charming outside patio, a full bar and seven (7) large-screen HDTVs.
Mikuni CEO, Derrick Fong, states "We were thrilled to find this highly visible location in the heart of downtown Davis within walking distance from the campus. This is our third project with the Friedman family and it is a very promising site. Davis is a wonderful community and Mikuni already has many loyal patrons here."
The newest Mikuni is a smaller restaurant concept at 2,000 square feet and will offer a comfortable lunch and dinner setting for Davis residents, business people, and university students.
