Mikuni sushi chefs have created eight special, new menu items that will delight your taste buds. New items include: Skip Jack tuna from Japan, seared by straw fire and served with preserved onions, grated ginger and ponzu sauce; thin slices of Kurobuta, the most prized pork in Japan, cooked with sweet ginger, soy and onion, and served with steamed rice; and salmon or yellowtail lightly torched with a garnish of yuzu shio, ponzu and green onions.
