Mikuni Park Meadows, known as the Magnificent Seventh, is our largest restaurant and makes its home in the Rockies. Located in The Vistas at Park Meadows—renowned as the Denver area's ultra-hip outdoor lifestyle shopping center—this latest site adds its own brand of culinary excellence to Colorado.

In typical Mikuni fashion, we wanted our first venture outside California to make a statement. And that's precisely what it does. The 8,400-square-foot space pulses with an ecletic excitement at every turn. Lighted orbs and metallic fish hang from the ceiling. Paintings of samurai warriors and Japanese beauties adorn the walls, sharing the space with several large-screen TVs. The dining experience, true to Chef Taro's commitment to quality and adventure, is unparalleled perfection. And the sleek quartz bar and avant-garde lounge invite dinner guests to linger.
