Shipping Policy, Normal Delivery

Orders received after 2:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. Mikuni Mall business days are Monday through Friday.

Shipping Policy, Overnight Delivery

Orders received after 2:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. Mikuni Mall business days are Monday through Friday. Overnight delivery cannot ship overnight to post office boxes.

Shipping Policy, Saturday Delivery

Orders received after 2:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. Mikuni Mall business days are Monday through Friday. Orders shipping outside of California must be placed by Thursday 2:00 p.m. PST to be delivered on Saturday.

Return Policy

T-shirts. Shirts may be EXCHANGED within 30 days of receipt at any Mikuni restaurant location or by sending the t-shirt in its original condition to:

Hats. No refunds or exchanges.

Restaurant Gift Cards. No refunds.

Special Events. No refunds on events including, but not limited to, Exotic Sushi Night, Texas Hold ‘Em, Grand Opening Parties, Super Bowl Sunday, etc.

Sushiology Gift Certificate. No refunds on Sushiology gift certificates. However, purchases through Mikuni Mall may be exchanged for a restaurant gift card.

Sushiology – Refunds will be made to any participant who cancels 48 hours in advance of the day of the class in which they are registered. If participant does not cancel 48 hours in advance, then a credit toward another regularly scheduled Sushiology class will be provided. No cash refund.

Monday Night Football – Refunds will be made to any participant who cancels 48 hours in advance of the day of the Monday Night Football event for which ticket was purchased. If the purchaser does not cancel 48 hours in advance, then a credit toward another Monday Night Football event will be provided. If there are no more Monday Night Football events for the season, purchaser will not receive a credit or refund.
