It's no secret that the sushi found at Mikuni is one of a kind. With the popular Mikuni Sushiology classes, you can learn some of the most famous techniques in creating unique, "Mikuni-style" sushi.
Learn from the animated, innovative and incredibly talented Mikuni chefs in these hands on, exclusive classes.
The Sushiology curriculum includes the following classes:
Sushiology 1A: Temaki, Ura Maki
Sushiology 1B: Mikuni Original Rolls
Public classes are held at Mikuni Elk Grove, Roseville, or Park Meadows from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Arrive early to get the best seat.
$65 per class
Must be 18 years old to participate.
Classes must be taken in order since skills taught build on the prior class lesson.
We serve appetizers and beverages. All you need to bring is a cutting board to serve as your work surface…Mikuni provides the rest.
Warning! The only rule in Sushiology is that you MUST leave FULL---so bring your appetite!
